Shipping and Handling Information:
We offer FREE shipping when purchase our full Botanical Pure Life Line! This is our way of saying "Thank You" for your commitment to Pink Horizons Botanical Skin Care. All orders usually ship within 1-2 business days. We ship orders Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail.

We want you to be happy with every product you purchase from us.

How to Return Something:
If you are not satisfied with any Pink Horizons Botanical Skin Care product, you may return your product for a refund or a replacement.

We recommend you use UPS or US Priority to ensure fast delivery. We are unable to refund shipping charges. Make sure to include your invoice in your returned package. We gladly accept returns on unopened items in their original condition and on opened items that may have caused an allergic reaction*.

*In the case of an allergic reaction to a product, we ask that on your invoice to note which product caused the reaction and briefly describe your symptoms. This information will help us evaluate testing results on the product being returned.

If an item was shipped to you in error or if an item was damaged during shipment please email us at phb@pinkhorizons.com as soon as possible. We will immediately ship you the correct/replacement product and instruct you how best to the return the unwanted/damaged product to us. Returned items can only be accepted within 30 days of original shipment date. Your credit card will be refunded as soon as we receive your returned shipment. Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed.

If you would like a replacement product, we will send out a replacement of the same product at no cost to you. If you would like a credit card refund, we will need your credit card information in order to issue the refund to your credit card. If this information is not included with your returned product, we will call you to collect it. Please Note: We cannot process a credit card refund without this necessary information.
